City of Dickson, Established 1899, Parks and Recreation - Providing Family Fun that Lasts a Lifetime

Henslee Park (formerly Dickson Country Club)

This park is now open for walking, running and biking. It will be open daily from sunrise to sunset. There are 126 acres, with approximately 4.99 miles of paved cart paths as well as rolling hills that offer challenging opportunities for cross country runs and hikes. Unfortunately, some of the 4.99 miles of cart paths need repair and have been closed for safety. At this time, the useable paths will be opened for mixed use. Dogs are allowed but must ALWAYS be on a leash. No motorized vehicles of any kind are allowed. We are still evaluating and brain-storming on how best to utilize the new Henslee Park to enhance the recreational opportunities for the city.
