State Rep. Mary Littleton, R-78th, (right) reads House Joint Resolution 852 recognizing Margaret "Missy" Sullivan (left) for her 38 years of service with the City of Dickson, including over 12 years as Municipal Court Clerk. Littleton presented the resolution passed by the Tennessee General Assembly and signed by Gov. Bill Lee to Sullivan at the Aug. 5, 2024, City Council meeting. Sullivan retired from the city on Jan. 10, 2024.
