The Dickson Municipal Court provides a fair and impartial hearing for all citizens charged with a Municipal Ordinance or traffic violation within the boundaries of the City of Dickson.

- Court is held the first Tuesday and Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. for first appearances.
- When court is in session, the business office possibly will be closed.

Rules of Court Conduct
- No cell phones allowed in Courtroom
- If your proof of insurance is on your phone, you will need to print it off and bring it with you
- Proper dress code
- No shorts
- No tank tops/spaghetti strap tops
- No midriff showing
- No clothing with suggestive or offensive slogans
- No hats in the courtroom
- No children under the age of 12 permitted
Driving School Information
You must contact the Court Clerk's office at 615-446-9249 to see if you qualify for traffic school.
