The Public Works Department is divided into multiple divisions: Administration, Sanitation, Street, Fleet Maintenance, Buildings and Grounds, and Parks and Recreation. Employees are on call 24 hours a day. Bret Stock is the Public Works Director.

Street



Maintains city roadways and right-of-ways inside the city limits of Dickson, drainage issues, brush removal, and leaf removal.

Sanitation



Removes household sanitation and commercial sanitation on a weekly basis.

Fleet Management



Maintains and services city owned equipment and vehicles.
